4.1.6. ULEZ Compliance – ULEZ status and related data
These Data Sources are maintained by third parties. We do not control or guarantee the accuracy, relevance, timeliness, or completeness of any information provided by them. By using our application, you acknowledge and agree that any reliance on data from these sources is solely at your own risk.
4.2. Data Collection and Storage
4.2.1. License Plate Information
When you enter a license plate number, the application fetches relevant information from the Data Sources in real time. We do not store or collect license plate data on our servers. All license plate information is processed and stored only on your device to provide you with the requested results.
4.2.2. Personal Data
We do not directly request or collect personal data associated with the vehicle owner. Any personal data that might be inferred from public sources remains under the control of those public databases, and we disclaim any responsibility for its handling or accuracy.

These emails are sent by us or, if applicable, by data processors on our behalf. We will not pass on your information to third parties without your prior written consent, unless you volunteer to do so yourself.
If you no longer wish to receive these emails, please contact us at ceo@autoexpert.vc or click the “unsubscribe” link in any of our marketing communications. You can also stop receiving email updates related to a vehicle by unregistering that vehicle. We do not send unsolicited marketing or spam. We will take all reasonable steps to ensure that we fully protect your rights and comply with our obligations under the UK GDPR and the Privacy and Electronic Communications (EC Directive) Regulations 2003, as amended.

6. Where we store your data and security
6.1. We may transfer your collected data to storage outside the UK. It may be processed outside the UK to fulfil your order and to receive our Services and deal with payment. If we do store or transfer data outside the UK, we will take all reasonable steps to ensure that your data is treated as safely and securely as it would be within the UK and under the UK GDPR. Such steps may include, but not be limited to, the use of legally binding contractual terms between us and any third parties we engage with and the use of approved Standard Contractual Clauses.

MyCarNeedsA.com – A vehicle servicing and MOT garage aggregator, in order to help us show you MOT and vehicle servicing garages close to your geographical location and for us to offer you MOT and servicing quotes based on the make and model of your vehicle. We only provide vehicle registration numbers and postcodes to this provider. We do not pass your contact details or any other personal information to them
